How to buy your tickets for Cologne

Handicapped accessible parking spaces are located on the back side of the venue (to be approached via the bus station next to Cologne main station). A barrier-free access to the foyer is only possible from there, not from the regular parking deck.

There are wheelchair bays in the stalls, which can be booked directly via the hotline above . The lower foyer is accessible for wheelchair users before and after the show as well as during the interval. Please reach out to our staff at the box office when you arrive at the venue – a member of our service team will then accompany you into the auditorium.
